Mandel-Hayes, Daphne May

Summary

Daphne May Mandel-Hayes stood for the One Nation Party at the New South Wales Legislative Assembly for Tamworth in 1999. Before attempting to entre state politics, Daphne was a councillor with the Barraba Shire Council from 1980 to 1991 (elected under the name of Mandel.).
