Summary

Dorothy Baker stood as a candidate for the Liberal Party in the Legislative Assembly seat of Bundoora at the Victorian state election, which was held on 20 March 1976. She served as a councillor for the City of Heidelberg from 1969-72-74-77 and was mayor from 1973-74.
