Summary
A member of the Dignity for Disability Party, Kelly Vincent was elected to the Legislative Council of the Parliament of South Australia at the election, which was held on 20 March 2010. She holds the distinction of being the youngest female ever elected to an Australian Parliament and the first person to use a wheelchair in that place.
