Coral Ross was elected as a local government councillor for the City of Boroondara in 2002, was re-elected in 2004 and 2008 and served as mayor from 2007-08. She represents the City of Boroondara at the Municipal Association of Victoria and is vice president – Metro of the Victorian branch of the Australian Local Government Women’s Association.
