Summary

Judith Coull served as a councillor for the Shire of Buninyong, Victoria from 1979-94. She became the first female Shire president in 1988 and retained the position until 1990. She continues to serve her community as a member of the Board of Management of Central Highlands Water, president of the Ballarat YMCA and member of Zonta Ballarat.
