Summary

Jodie Harrison won the by-election held in October 2014 for the seat of Charlestown representing the Australian Labor Party in the Legislative Assembly of the New South Wales Parliament. She was re-elected at the 2015 election.

Before her election to parliament she served as a councillor on the Lake Macquarie City Council from 2008 and was elected mayor in 2012, a position she still held in 2016.
