Correspondence, notes, photographs, posters and articles relating to the book “John Cotton’s birds of the Port Phillip District of New South Wales, 1843-1849. Also correspondence and articles written by Lady Casey about John Cotton. Correspondence and catalogues about the Cottonian Collection held at the Plymouth City Art Gallery and Public Library. The collection aslo contains a poster advertising John Cotton’s birds of the Port Phillip District and 6 coloured lithographs of birds.
