Summary

The child of actor parents Theodosia Stewart and Richard Towzey, Nellie Stewart travelled with the Royal Comic Opera Company, and later in George Musgrove’s productions including Faust, Dorothy, Paul Jones, and several Gilbert and Sullivan plays. She performed throughout Australia and in London to great popular acclaim.
