Description
The Women’s Information Centre was established by the Women’s Officer of the Students Union. It had a collection of articles, books and information on women’s issues. It catered for the Women’s Studies Students and others interested in feminist issues. The Centre was a rallying point when there was a threat to the Women’s Studies course. It changed it name to the Southern Women’s Resource Centre and issued a newsletter, Connections.
