Woman Webb, Jessie Stobo Watson

Jessie Stobo Watson Webb was born in New South Wales in 1880. After studying at the University of Melbourne, she began lecturing in the history department in 1908. She was one of the founders of University Women's College, the Victorian Woman Graduates' Association and the Lyceum Club. Jessie Webb died in 1944.
