Glenys Rowe is an independent producer and has held a number of key roles within the Australian film industry. She has worked with the Creative Development Branch of the Australian Film Commission, as the Exhibition Manager of the Australian Film Institute and as the General Manager of Special Broadcasting Service Independent (SBSi).
Rowe produced the cult film Dogs in Space (1987), as well as God's Girls: Stories from an Australian Convent (1992), Idiot Box (1996) and Feeling Sexy (1997). She was also the commissioning editor on the TV series East West 101 (2007). In 2013 Rowe was the CEO of Fine Poets, a small publishing company 'dedicated to bringing the world's finest poetry to a wide audience in the most accessible way possible' (Fine Poets, 2013).
